This large-scale work is based on the experience of cyclic repetition of events.

Being a contemporary in its looks and material, this piece also has an identity of certain times passed. It is the unifying visual environment of soviet furnishing and household objects that is presented here (scale 1:1). Put into existence by plan economy, these and other standard mass produced objects entered every home and public interior of the vast ‘motherland’, making one feel home wherever leads the path. Now, living in a completely different societal order, luckily forgotten the joys and troubles of the old times, we know again just for how long to fry a fish on our friend’s pan. It is tempting to think of a miraculous improvement of our cooking skills, but the simple truth is that we got the same model of a pan from the local supermarket’s last campaign.
